Standalone companion addon for CMC trackers.
This addon adds condition-aware overlay colors for tracker highlights without changing CooldownManagerCentered source files:
- Suggested: blue border
- Proc: yellow border
- Priority: suggested wins when both are active
It reads tracker spell mapping and per-entry glow toggles from the parent addon at runtime and draws its own border overlay on top of tracker icons.
