Common Foundry v0.1.0-rc.2 — Wallet input hotfix

RCNet-1 wallet-only hotfix. Not mainnet; RCNet coins have no intended monetary value.

  • Source commit: 673b3d1a5fe0003bea70ed1d8cb231b2449d8d80
  • Network identity, consensus, bootstrap, wallet data, and encrypted-backup formats are unchanged from v0.1.0-rc.1.
  • Fixes desktop passphrase focus loss during background polling.
  • User-facing minimum is 12 characters; internal UTF-8 safety limits remain enforced.
  • Node/miner/runtime packages remain the v0.1.0-rc.1 artifacts.
