Bug Fix

Fixed removing and searching functionalities to work properly now.

Small update

New version checks if there is a recipe with the same name in the recipe book when adding a new recipe. If there is then the program will ask if you want to replace it.

Initial Release

First version of the Recipe Book program. Has the following basic functionalities: view recipes in recipe book, add a recipe, search for a recipe, delete a recipe.
