First public release.

Install: download Tibbers.zip below, unzip it, and drag Tibbers.app
into your Applications folder. The first time you open it, right-click the app
and choose Open to get past macOS's unidentified-developer warning — you
only do this once.

Requires macOS on Apple Silicon and a running League of Legends client. See the
README for what it does and how it works.

Updates from here on are one click, inside the app (Settings → Updates).
