tibbers 1.0.0 — now on Windows as well as macOS.

Tibbers-windows-setup.exe(installer). Unsigned for now — SmartScreen → More info → Run anyway. - macOS:
Tibbers.dmg(attach from the Mac build).
Each platform also carries its OTA asset (Tibbers-windows.zip / Tibbers.zip) — the app fetches these; don't remove them.
