Recovery

P1S-GCODE is stored in a slicer printer preset, so returning to the stock P1S sequence is simple.

Use the original stock preset

When the original preset remains available:

  1. select the stock Bambu Lab P1S preset;
  2. slice the model again;
  3. send the newly generated print.

The newly sliced file will contain the stock machine start and end G-code.

Create a fresh stock preset

A fresh preset can be added through the printer setup or configuration assistant in OrcaSlicer or Bambu Studio.

Select the Bambu Lab P1S, create the preset, and slice the model again.

Use the repository reference files

The repository also includes stock reference files:

Copy the Raw contents into the machine start and end fields, save the preset, and re-slice the model.

These files were last checked against the referenced upstream P1S profile on 18 07 2026. A newer slicer release may provide a newer stock preset.

Why re-slicing matters

Machine G-code is inserted when the model is sliced. Changing the printer preset does not alter a file that was generated earlier.

Always slice the model again after switching between stock and P1S-GCODE.
