PolyPop Event History Plugin 1.1

📝 Update Notes:

• Rename "Clear Queue" button to "Clear History" and move to the Events Utility for continuity
• Add button for disabling and enabling all events
• ❗ The 1.0 Release did not have the plugin files in a folder which likely caused users to unpack all files into the plugins folder and not into their own folder. This has been fixed in this release.
