Learn about vigilant mode.

Add an option for Frame Style (defaulting to None) to frame the StealthTracker chat output. The options are None, Chat, Story, Whisper and they utilize the CoreRPG output modes for these selections. Chat and Story look similar, but story is a tiny bit wider. Whisper has the most unique look and is very obvious in the chat.
