Matrix-Chat is a chat bot designed for the Warnet 2025 server. This bot offers a variety of features such as automatic reconnection, user management, and interactive commands for server administration.

Features:
Auto Reconnection: If the connection to the server is lost, the bot automatically attempts to reconnect.
User Management: Ban users, safelist them, or clear banned users.
Matrix Animation Effect: A Matrix-style animation that can be customized for a fun, interactive UI.
Command Handling: The bot supports commands such as !ban , !say , and !reconnect to interact with users.
Configuration: Easily configurable through the appsettings.json file. Update server settings, delay values, and more.

Installation Instructions:
Download the latest release for your system.
Extract the ZIP file.
Configure the appsettings.json file first
Run the MatrixChat.exe to start the bot

Requirements:
.NET Core 3.1 or later (for running the bot).
A valid Warnet 2025 server address and credentials.
