• Preserve Markdown block boundaries when ACP progress text is immediately followed by a heading or list.
• Render headings, paragraphs, ordered and unordered lists, block quotes, dividers, tables, and fenced code as isolated blocks.
• Prevent malformed or incomplete formatting in one block from affecting the rest of a response.
• Correctly re-render previously stored responses whose heading was joined to preceding text.
