Patch release for reliable capture and simpler report workflows.

Changes:

  • Historical Capture Day entries now stay in the correct reporting period, while a separate capture timestamp records when they were recovered.
  • Concurrent captures preserve every entry, and failed writes leave existing records intact.
  • Monthly reviews can use raw entries without a Daily archive, and monthly archiving preserves Daily content with either supported date format.
  • Weekly briefs load fewer instructions by keeping slide-specific rules behind explicit slide requests, while Capture retains stated goals and acceptance gates.

Validation:

  • 8 skill bundle checks, TypeScript build, doctor tests, 7 evidence-flow tests, 10 session tests, 9 Semantic Admission tests, and 44 executable regressions passed in an isolated candidate.
  • Codex and Claude marketplace installs passed in isolated configurations, including historical capture and raw-only Monthly checks from installed paths.
  • Claude manifests and the clean-candidate tag dry run passed.
  • Windows runtime locking and independent reader acceptance remain unverified; 6 documented-only regression scenarios remain documented-only.
