What changed

  • Refined the continuous Folio Shell across workspace chrome, side panes, Settings, and foreground UI.
  • Aligned Reading and Editing presentation more closely with the approved prototype while preserving native pane resizing and accessibility behavior.
  • Hardened Focus Mode keyboard ownership, virtualized Reading recovery, identity cleanup, embedded-note boundaries, and Outline fallback behavior.
  • Added structural visual-evidence validation and regression coverage without treating generated metadata as proof of GUI acceptance.

Known visual limitations

  • The final 1440x900 Default Theme and Kami Reader screenshot matrix is still pending.
  • npm run check:visual intentionally fails while the historical carried-forward baseline remains.
  • README Showcase images remain the explicitly labeled 0.1.0 baseline and will be refreshed after the visual system converges.
