Fixed

• Start with Windows now uses the native Windows Run registry key instead of creating a shortcut through PowerShell.
• Toggling Start with Windows no longer opens a terminal window.
• Existing old startup shortcuts are removed when startup is updated or disabled.
• Start minimized continues to launch Colorify hidden in the tray/background.
