Dashboard hotfix, with Homebrew-compatible version metadata

Version 1.2.3 (build 8) supersedes 1.2.2. The build number is now encoded as a string in Info.plist, fixing Homebrew 7's version-reading error. The XcodeGen source and release verifier enforce the correct type, with regression tests to prevent recurrence.

This release includes the live dashboard improvements from 1.2.2:

• Capacity and Recent change update together from comparable samples of the same volume, including decreases.
• Growth no longer waits for the detailed file scan to complete. Capacity and file freshness are shown separately.
• The latest growth alert retains its original amount and interval when later samples are smaller.
• Refresh performs a real sample and coalesces overlapping requests.

The universal Apple Silicon / Intel app supports macOS 13 or later. It is Developer ID signed, notarized by Apple and stapled. The downloaded ZIP passes signature, notarization-ticket, Gatekeeper and isolated-startup checks; Homebrew's own BundleVersion parser accepts its metadata.

Application Swift sources are unchanged from the 1.2.2 hotfix, whose local suite passed 575 tests (5 intentional skips). All 34 packaging/verifier tests pass for this revision. Evidence remains schema 14; unfinished object-scanning/schema-15 changes on main are excluded. File coverage may still be partial while detailed scanning proceeds. Older-Xcode development CI compatibility is separate follow-up work.
