Release of Global Macro Database MATLAB package v1.0.0

This release includes:

• Renamed package to GMD Matlab for consistency across language implementations
• Added GitHub release workflow: .mltbx toolbox file auto-builds and attaches to releases
• Updated installation documentation with direct download option

Installation: Download Global-Macro-Database.mltbx from releases and double-click to install as MATLAB Add-On, or use:
addpath('Global-Macro-Database-Matlab')
outFile = package_toolbox();

Requires MATLAB R2020b or newer.
