Custom Game Clock 0.01 (Alpha Functionality Release)

State of Build

This is the barebones functionality of the Custom Clock, as it allows for all of the data to be passed around and counted down, yet has no finishing CSS to make it appealing, and hasn't been checked for efficiency yet.

Future Goals

Will work to make the UX Better through improved UI & Verification of Efficiency / Removal of Bugs
