Unidentified Developer Warning:
If macOS warns that the app is from an unidentified developer, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click "Open Anyway." This is necessary because the app couldn’t be notarized without a paid Apple Developer account. -
Accessibility Permissions:
If you aren’t prompted to grant accessibility permissions, open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility, click the "+" button, and locate the app (by default in your Downloads folder unless moved). I would recommend moving the app to your Applications folder.
