Beta limitations

• LM Studio must be installed and local endpoint behavior remains model- and LM Studio-version-specific.
• Streaming tool-call verification currently proves Chat Completions behavior only; native and Responses support must be tested independently.
• Live LM Studio inference is environment-dependent and is not run in hosted CI.
• This release is not published to npm.
