fix: modify dumpFile to return output via slice to fix race conditions

- there were race conditions when writing to stderr so file contents
  overlapped
- this fix writes file contents to a buffer and then appends the context
  to a global contents slice with a mutex lock
- overall, speed wend from ~.160s to ~.80s
