New Feature: Celsius / Fahrenheit Toggle

• New temperature_unit config option — set to "C" for Celsius or "F" for Fahrenheit (default)
• Temperature thresholds, color ranges, graph bounds, and status labels all adapt to the selected unit
• Toggle available in both the modern visual editor (Advanced section) and the fallback editor
