Per-Entity Configuration

• New entity_config on history sources — customize name, state_filter, state_map, icon, color, and severity per entity
• Multi-entity sources now use each entity's friendly name by default

Native HA Editor Components

• Entity list: chip-based multi-entity picker (ha-selector)
• Per-entity settings: expandable panels (ha-expansion-panel) with native selectors
• State filter: chip-based multi-select with domain-aware state suggestions
• Filters: categories, severities, sources, and entities all use native HA selectors

Bug Fixes

• Fixed ha-select dropdowns not applying changes
• Fixed ha-entity-picker not rendering (lazy-load issue)
• Added multi-entity support for history sources
• Renamed source types: "History" → "Entity State", "Static" → "Template"
