Dependabot auto-paused version-update PRs after ~90 days without maintainer interaction (last Dependabot PR #108, merged 2026-02-24; the auto-merge cron was broken Feb-Jul and is now fixed). This trivial config comment re-triggers Dependabot update runs. No functional change.
