Regenerate SDK and release 0.1.36 (#69)

Regenerated with `kapigen --public-api-output-path` (per README) from
kaggleazure ci at 76d7cb0e9ef.

Changes surfaced by the regen:

- Add new `agents` package: `AgentsApiClient` (harness create/get and
harness-version create/get) wired into `KaggleClient`, plus
`agents_api_service` types and `agent_enums`.
- Add `create_benchmark_model_version_config`,
`get_benchmark_model_version_config`, and
`list_benchmark_model_version_configs` to `BenchmarksApiClient` with
their request/response/config types.
- Add `BenchmarkTaskKaggleDatasetsDefinition` and wire
`harbor_kaggle_datasets` into `benchmark_tasks_api_service`.
- Add `download_submission` and `ApiDownloadSubmissionRequest` to
`competition_api_service`.
- Add `deadline` to competition `host_service` settings.
- Add hackathon write-up fields to `search_service`.
- Add benchmark/harness resource types to `security_types`.

Hand-maintained files (`kaggle_object.py`, `kaggle_http_client.py`,
`kaggle_object_tests.py`, `search_api_service.py` doc typo fix) and
repo-owned files (`README.md`, `pyproject.toml`) preserved from main.
