Check Operation Parameters Against Limits

Reads the same machining parameters as Export Process Table Parameters but instead of writing them to Excel, checks each value against configurable min and max limits. A dialog box lets the user review and adjust the limits before each run. Any parameter outside its limit is flagged in a scrollable result dialog. Useful as a quick sanity check before sign-off.
Settings are saved between sessions so limits only need to be set once.
Tested operation types: Sweep, Pencil, Contour Driven.

- Open a CATProcess document in CATIA / DELMIA
- Run the script — the Parameter Limit Checker dialog opens
- Review and adjust the min / max limits as needed
- Click OK — the script checks all operations and shows the result
A dialog appears before each run showing all configurable limits:

Limits are saved automatically to:
%APPDATA%\pycatia_scripts\Check_Operation_Parameters_Against_Limits\user_settings.json
The saved values are pre-filled the next time the script runs. Use Clear Saved to return to factory defaults.

A message dialog confirms all parameters are within limits and shows the operation count.
