Seamless fresh-install hardening: install.sh grants passwordless control of the console unit (no more failed upgrades), fails loud with fixes on the likely fresh-box failures, Python 3.11+ assert; login page points no-SMTP operators to the server log for the sign-in code; onboarding 'name your lead' fixed (was gated on a stale name). Verified: console imports from this tarball; 358 vitest + 1045 pytest; 12/12 fitness gates.
