Cumulative release (0.1.150 → 0.1.155).

  • Catalog: daily proactive refresh of models + prices — the picker stays current without a manual refresh.
  • Cortex: centralized project harness runtime (canonical per-project harness generation).
  • Harness fully project-agnostic — marketing-os turnkey extracted; both separation baselines at 0.
  • Unified release manifest + version-skew gate — RELEASE_MANIFEST.json pins console + cortex-api + workers + migrations to ONE source-built version; fitness fails on drift.
