- Console DMG containing the canonical all-in-one PKG

- Operator companion DMG for existing installations
All macOS artifacts are Developer ID signed, Apple-notarized, stapled, Gatekeeper-accepted, and mount/package-smoke verified. The canonical installer includes the Operator, managed runtime, and Apple Container 1.1.0 for Apple silicon on macOS 26+.
npm is intentionally unchanged and not part of this release. Paid licensing lifecycle proof was explicitly deferred by CTO authorization.
