This Patch fixes a myriad of text and translation issues.
Memory Card saves from other versions should also work with this release.

Patching Info
For dumping the ISO from the game's DVD I recommend using PCSX2 Team's Guide on Dumping Games
Use DeltaPatcher to patch the .xdelta file to the ISO.
