Releases: KaizenMMO/shinytracker-builds
Release list
v3
IV reading, rebuilt. It could report a row's FINAL STAT as its IV - two of the three numbers on one real catch were wrong that way. It now works out which column a number sits in from the whole table at once, and leaves a stat blank rather than guess it. Also fixes a stat being silently lost to a misread label, a digit lost to punctuation, an ability that looked misread but was only scrolled, and custom themes now apply the moment you generate one.
v2.19
Fixes from Dorade's report. The ON SCREEN NOW card no longer captions an encounter with an older one's target match - the first target match of a run used to stick to everything after it. The picture's 'looked more like X' doubt now asks at most twice per run about the same X, instead of once per species it touched. ABILITY is read again when the font slips a character in its label, and an ability, nature or region that could not be read now says so instead of leaving a blank.
v2.18
Groundwork only - nothing changes for you in this version. Adds the switch that lets a future update tell you when it has genuinely moved something your screen zones depend on, and offer to redraw them. No update will ask unless it really did change, and nothing you have taught the tracker is ever cleared by an update.
v2.17
Fixes the CAN'T READ question offering a species it was not confident about as the recommended answer - accepting one taught the tracker a permanent wrong name. Weak guesses now wait quietly under Settings > Accuracy & learning instead of interrupting a battle. Also: the diagnostic report no longer suggests redrawing a correctly-placed Banner box.
v2.16
Several game windows side by side now work: a window that only touches the edge of a box, or covers a box you do not need, no longer stops that window being read, and a covered window is read directly where Windows allows it. The game's clock is no longer taken for a Pokemon name, so the stream of questions about it stops and a name next to it still counts. Catches are noticed more reliably, including ones sent straight to your PC, and running away is no longer mistaken for a possible catch. If Windows is reading text in a language other than English, the app now says so and offers to install English text reading. Hovering a target shows its competitive sets from anywhere on the row, in larger, clearer text.
Shiny Tracker Overlay 2.15 native previews
Native preview packages for Shiny Tracker Overlay 2.15, built from the exact source snapshot 6e541a48fcd90a83d6f3fc002323c2eb8a3f6a11.
Verification: all 906 automated tests passed independently on Linux x86-64, macOS Apple Silicon, and macOS Intel. Each runner also built its native archive and passed the frozen-app startup smoke. The published .sha256 files can be used to verify downloads.
These builds are beta previews. They have not been validated against a live Pokemon Revolution Online game window on Linux or macOS.
Linux requires X11 and Tesseract OCR with English data. macOS packages are unsigned and not notarized; Tesseract OCR and Screen Recording permission are required. Game-window attachment and the automatic updater are unavailable in these native previews.
Always confirm valuable encounters in the game itself.
