Measured table (10s clip, seed 42; RTX 2070 Vulkan vs CPU AVX2):\n\n- GPU warm 10–20x CPU: -full (F32) pack preferred on GPU; -q8 close 2nd (RAM-bound)\n- CPU: -q8 pack (memory-friendly, same speed)\n- Note first-inference shader compile (NVIDIA driver caches across runs)\n\nAlso corrects the now-misleading 'Q8 recommended for CPU/Vulkan' wording in ci.yml.

- ci.yml: correct the 'Q8 recommended for CPU/Vulkan' wording (Q8 is a CPU
pick for memory; GPU warm path prefers -full F32)
- README/CN: add measured Backend x weights table (RTX2070 Vulkan vs CPU
AVX2): GPU ~10-20x CPU once warm; F32 -full preferred on GPU, Q8 -q8 on
  CPU; note first-inference shader compile
