Installation

1. Download material-osc.zip and
   thumbfast.lua.
2. Unzip material-osc.zip into your mpv configuration directory, then place
   thumbfast.lua beside material-osc.lua in the scripts directory.

The usual mpv configuration directories are:

• Linux and macOS: ~/.config/mpv/
• Windows: %APPDATA%\mpv\

The resulting layout should look like this:

What's New

• First release of this fork. Repoints the auto-updater and SponsorBlock user-agent to Kaktusmann/material-osc; the original repository (brahmkshatriya/material-osc) has gone inactive.
• Added a persistent, transparent pause indicator that stays centered on the video while playback is paused (pause_indicator).
• Added volume_slider_orientation to expand the volume slider horizontally alongside the volume button instead of upward from it.
• Fixed the volume indicator flashing during rapid volume changes.
