Cluide v1.2.0 — Second Brain, dispatch, and the intake home

Minor bump: the consumed surface grew when guide 28 was added. Eighteen content PRs
since v1.1.0 (#12–#28, #30), plus the changelog PRs.

Guides: 28 (Second Brain) new; progressive disclosure named as a principle in guide 02;
guide 24 gained the incoming/ intake home; guides 05, 12 and 20 record the Chrome side
panel as a Cowork surface; guide 25 gained the account-level instruction layers; guides
02 and 10 gained the clarifying-question filter and model-routing paragraph.

Skills and templates: the dispatch skill with AGENT_STARTER_PACK, registered in guide 09;
git-guru registered across the discovery surfaces and given its lock, tagging and handover
rules; ACCOUNT_INSTRUCTIONS_TEMPLATE added; Incoming/ in both project templates.

Process: the changelog is now written at tag time with no [Unreleased] section, and a
handover must sweep git locks, split branch and tag pushes, self-check the goal state, and
carry no shell comments.
