Heals empty/null/wrong-key response-tool args in the KAME Shield extension, preventing upstream Agent Zero's KeyError: 'message' crash (tools/response.py, still unfixed upstream). Salvages replies stranded under content/answer/response/answer_text keys. Rotation engine unchanged. Tests: test_v1_0_7.py (19) + all prior suites green.
