Bug fixes

Increased the default and minimum values of the activityTrackingIntervalMillisecond (activity_tracking_interval_millisecond) parameter from 15 000 ms to 60 000 ms. This reduces the number of activity requests sent to the Data API and helps prevent 429 (Too Many Requests) responses.
