Features

• Added new setEventHandler method for subscribing to SDK events:
  • EventType::DATAFILE_UPDATE notifies when the SDK data file (configuration) is updated; handled with DataFileUpdateHandler.
  • EventType::HTTP_REQUEST notifies when SDK HTTP requests complete successfully or fail; handled with HttpRequestHandler. The handler is called once per each actual HTTP request attempt, including retries.
  • HTTP request events include the request type, HTTP status or failure details, and request duration.
  • Passing null to setEventHandler clears the handler for the selected event type.
• Added the new waitInit method, which ensures the SDK is ready for use. It returns immediately if the configuration has already been downloaded and is not outdated; otherwise, it synchronously downloads the configuration (as any other SDK method would), blocking until the download completes, fails, or the specified timeout expires. The method throws an Initialization exception (with the failure available via getPrevious()) only if the SDK has no configuration at all: the configuration could not be downloaded and no valid local copy is available. If a local configuration exists but the update request fails, the method returns successfully and the SDK keeps using the existing configuration.
• Added the new isReady method, which returns true once the SDK configuration has been successfully downloaded and a valid local copy is available (even if it has become outdated), and false otherwise. Unlike waitInit, it returns immediately without making network requests or throwing.
• Targeting conditions of an unknown (unsupported) type are now evaluated as false instead of true, so visitors are no longer targeted by conditions the SDK cannot evaluate.

• Introduced a new track parameter for addData. When set to false, the data is stored locally and used only for targeting evaluation; it is not sent to the Data API, helping to prevent duplicate data from being recorded. The default value is true. This behavior is consistent with the track parameter used in evaluation methods such as getVariation.

• Introduced a new getDataFile method. This method returns the current SDK configuration (also known as the data file) used for evaluation and targeting. It is *not- intended for production use to fetch variations for every feature flag in the returned list, as it is not optimized for performance. For that purpose, use getVariations instead. getDataFile is mainly useful for debugging or QA, for example to let internal users manually select a variant for a specific feature flag in production.
