Node Control Center v0.1.0 — first release

A premium local desktop app to monitor Node.js processes and local ports on Windows.
Tauri 2 + Rust backend, React + TypeScript frontend. No accounts, no telemetry, no cloud.

Highlights

• Node Processes — every Node-related process (node, npm, pnpm, yarn, bun, vite, next…) with command line, project directory, uptime, CPU/memory and parent/child relations, each with an explicit confidence level.
• Ports — every TCP/UDP socket straight from the OS tables with owner PIDs, plus the "what is occupying this port?" lookup with honest states: occupied / free / unknown.
• Alerts — explainable, evidence-based rules (duplicate servers, foreign port owners, long-running servers, vanished launchers). Facts + confidence, never verdicts.
• Safe termination — graceful first, PID-typed confirmation, live re-validation, protected system processes always refused.
• English & Spanish UI with automatic language detection, dark & light themes, configurable auto-refresh.

Install

1. Download an installer below (MSI recommended).
2. Windows may show a SmartScreen / Smart App Control prompt on first run — the binaries are not code-signed yet. Use More info → Run anyway if you trust the build.

Verification

33 Rust unit tests + 30 frontend tests passing; live integration tests validate real end-to-end behavior (spawn → detect → terminate → port released).
