GlyphRoute v0.1.0

GlyphRoute v0.1.0 is the first public release.

Highlights:

• Routes real localization copy through ordered OpenType font chains.
• Detects missing and cmap-mapped blank glyphs with source positions.
• Exports terminal, JSON, HTML, and SARIF reports.
• Enforces fallback budgets in CI through a reusable GitHub Action.
• Builds routed TTF/WOFF/WOFF2 subsets with CSS and SHA-256 manifests.
• Includes deterministic clean/risky fixtures and a one-command release gate.

Validation: 48 tests, strict mypy, Ruff, 92% branch coverage, clean wheel installation, wheel/sdist metadata checks.
