hey @thericardopeters the best way forward is to fork the repo and then translate the site into Brazilian in your repo and submit a PR. Once the PR is on the preview site, you can solicit reviewers, and once you have 5 we can ship it.

The site wraper needs translating, and then guides and versions of guides can be translated within that over time.

Hey @WangBsb... we have not heard from @thericardopeters in a while but we should hive him a chanse to reply.

The flow for translation is to:

Phase 1 - The site

1. Clone the repo
2. Use the /guide.transcreate skill to build out their pages and wrapper bits in Portuguese
3. Check the wrapper bits as AI is not always the next at translating
4. Create a PR for us to technically review and merge for publ,ication to the preview site

This will leave you with a fully translated site and stub pages for the Portuguese translation of the individual guides. You can translate 1 or all of the guides and 1 or all of the versions.

Phase 2 - The Guides

Typically folks have been translating both The Kanban Guide and The Open Guide to Kanban at the same time, but you can do one... publish and then come back in multiple sweeps

1. Translate a Guide
2. Create a PR for us to technically review and merge for publication to the preview site
3. Get 5 reviewers to check it

On a translated site, an untranslated guide will show English but wrapped in English tags.
