Fixes

  • Folders: dropping an app onto an existing folder now adds it to that folder. Folders were previously stuck at the two apps that created them.
  • Dock row: folders can no longer be dropped into the dock. Dragging a folder onto an app also no longer creates a nested folder.
  • Install / Google Play Protect: removed the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission and the notification badge/reading feature (including the notification-listener service). This pairing was the most likely trigger for Play Protect blocking the install.

Install notes

This isn't distributed via the Play Store, so you'll need to allow "install unknown apps" for whichever app you use to open the APK. Installs in place over v0.1.0-beta (versionCode 2).

Known limitations

See the wiki — notably, switching to an already-backgrounded app via Android's Recents screen currently bypasses the gate.
