Promotes the hardened SDK transfer behavior and synchronized public API contract as kanopy-ai 0.6.0. Includes bounded multipart memory, failed-upload cleanup, safe transient retries, atomic downloads, the multipart abort operation, and the CI quality-gate fix. Release only after the full Python 3.10-3.14 matrix, quality checks, and package validation pass.
