feat: add `include` parameter to `getEarnedRewards`

The `GetEarnedRewardsRequest` interface gains a new optional `include`
field that allows callers to request related resources (e.g. merchant
and offer data) alongside earned rewards in a single API call. The
`TransactionsClient.getEarnedRewards` method now forwards this value
as an `include` query parameter to the server.

Key changes:
- Added optional `include?: string` field to `GetEarnedRewardsRequest`
- Updated `getEarnedRewards` client method to serialize `include` into query params
- Updated JSDoc example to demonstrate the new `include` parameter
