Release v1.0.1: Homebrew Support & Documentation Updates

This release introduces official Homebrew support for CExpress, making installation on macOS easier than ever!!!!!!!

What's new?

1. Homebrew Formula:

   1. CExpress can now be installed via Homebrew on Mac:

       brew tap Karl-Michaud/cexpress
       brew install cexpress

   2. Uninstall and cleanup instructions updated.

2. Documentation Updates:

   1. Installation instructions have been updated in both the README and documentation to reflect the new Homebrew workflow.
   2. Instruction support for both Homebrew and manual installation.
