Provider maintenance PR screenshots

Before/after evidence for the optional provider maintenance executable path.

These are disposable headless Chromium component fixtures using T3's actual ProviderSettingsForm, Codex/Claude settings schemas and application stylesheet. They are not packaged desktop screenshots or live provider upgrades, and contain only synthetic paths.

• The after check entered a maintenance path for each provider, verified its runtime launcher path stayed unchanged, then cleared both overrides successfully.

The attached temporary fixture can be placed at apps/web/src/components/settings/ProviderMaintenanceEvidence.browser.test.tsx and run with vp test run apps/web/src/components/settings/ProviderMaintenanceEvidence.browser.test.tsx. It automatically selects before/after capture according to the checked-out schema. Remove the fixture and generated screenshots after verification; they are not part of the source patch.
