Personal Planner v1.1

This is the biggest update so far. Personal Planner now runs on Linux, Android, Windows and macOS, and it can do a lot more with the history you build up.

What's new

  • Review. Daily, Weekly and Overview. Look back at what you planned and what you actually did, write your own notes, and give your own reasons for tasks you didn't finish.
  • Experiments. Try something for a few weeks (like "Learn C, 60 min a day") and the app tracks your progress automatically from the blocks you complete. When it ends, extend it, conclude it, or keep it going.
  • Inbox. Park an idea now, give it dated sessions later, and each session becomes a timed task on your Day screen. Missed sessions collect in a backlog instead of disappearing.
  • Windows and macOS builds. Unsigned, so your OS will warn you the first time. Steps are in the README.
  • Smoother and lighter. Switching between days, weeks and tabs is faster, with less work on RAM and CPU.

Good to know

  • Windows and macOS builds are unsigned. Windows: More info → Run anyway. macOS: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
  • Reminders and timer notifications currently work on Linux and Android only.
  • The macOS build is only tested on GitHub Actions, since I don't have a Mac.

Full setup steps and screenshots are in the README.
