Cluaupp 1.0 compiles CL++ (.clpp / .clp / .clh). The CLI runs clpp api compile, rewrites ClppLibs to ReplicatedStorage.CluauppLibs, and writes out/ for Rojo.

• Requires clpp on PATH (CLPP_PATH override). Language and IntelliSense live in CL++ (clpp install).
• Templates, examples, README, and the handbook site are CL++ x Luau.
• Tree-sitter C++ frontend removed. Coming from .cpp: docs/migration.md.
