3. Sharing and downloading animations
As of Revo Launcher v3.0, the Content Hub has finally been released. It's an in-app platform where you can share your animations, browse animations other people have created, download them, and more!
I'll keep this as legacy text, since it's the legacy way of importing an animation:
As of Revo Launcher v2.0, a Discord server has been created, so that users can share their Channel Animations with other users!
Here's the link: https://discord.gg/xjrEMS9QY4
Simply download any animation .zip from the #animations channel of our Discord server.
After that, use the Import button (the one that appears in the animation list) and then select it. And that's it! :)
You can simply upload any animation .zip file into the #animations channel of our Discord!
You can find them in the Animations folder of Revo Launcher, or use the Export button to place it in a convenient place!
Follow the template pinned in the channel.
It depends on the platform.
-
Android:
\Android\data\com.karuzohikari.wiiphone\files\ -
Windows:
C:\Users\<Your User>\AppData\LocalLow\KaruzoHikari\Revo Launcher\
Here you're gonna find a few folders:
-
Animations: This folder contains your banner and icon animations (each in their respective
BannersandIconsfolders) -
Channels: This folder contains the channels you're setup in your Revo Launcher menu.
Each channel file contains the position, the app and the name of the channel animations - it does not contain the animations themselves. - Temp: Just a temp directory for the app to zip/unzip the animations. If the app is closed, you can feel free to delete it.
- Backup_1.2: This contains a backup of your Revo Launcher v1.2 animation and channels, in case you had any. If everything works fine in Revo Launcher 2.0, you can feel free to delete it as well.
- Others: Unity internal data, I wouldn't touch those.
