Fallout 4 Character Planner

Initial release, so you might encounter a few bugs here and there. That said, I used this to plan my last 3 or 4 characters without running into any issues.

"Installation":
Download the .zip file and extract it anywhere you want. To run the planner, double-click the .jar and if you want to take a look at the code, it's in the src folder. I didn't add comments and the code is fairly messy, but if you want to have a look, be my guest.

This needs Java to run so download the JRE from the official site here.
