Update 1.0.1

Refactored pretty much the entire thing
- Implemented proper MVC pattern
- Now uses a layout manager (you can now resize the app window)
- Removed lots of unnecessary band-aid fixes and duplications
- Better readable build saves
Fixed some bugs I found
code is now 85% less janky
