Mipsync Hub v2026.7.4

Bug Fix

• Fixed: Release build of Hub no longer falls back to launching MipsyncEngine.exe from the same directory as MipsyncHub.exe. The sibling/resource_dir path checks are now wrapped in #[cfg(debug_assertions)] so they only apply during development. Installs from the Hub UI now correctly launch from the installed editor directory.
