Plugin System & Code Review Swarm

Highlights

This release transforms Claude Agent System into a proper Claude Code plugin with 4 skills, adds a dedicated code review command, and overhauls the decision engine.

New: Plugin Architecture

The system is now installable as a Claude Code plugin at claude-agent-system-plugin/:

All skills (/systemcc, /pcc, /pcc-opus, /review) are now plugin skills with proper YAML frontmatter, argument hints, and model selection.

New: /review - Code Review Swarm

A review-only skill that deploys 6 parallel Anthropic review agents without modifying code:

Enhanced: Decision Engine

The /systemcc decision engine was overhauled:

  • Two-phase workflow selection with confidence scoring
  • 3-dimensional analysis (complexity, risk, scope) - simplified from 8-dimensional
  • Accurate parallel execution documentation
  • Fixed 5 critical issues around honesty and accuracy
  • Cleaned up phantom commands and aligned documentation

Documentation

  • Root README fully updated with /review, /pcc, /pcc-opus sections
  • Plugin README rewritten with flow diagrams for all 4 skills
  • Updated skill comparison tables and "When to Use" guide
  • Plugin version bumped to 2.0.0
